Mimiron


Encounter Details


  • Mimiron HP: 1.74 million (Heroic) / 1.74 million (Normal)
  • Hard Mode
    • Push the button!  This gives you 10 minutes to defeat Mimiron's creations.
    • Emergency Mode - This increases the health and damage of each of Mimiron's creations used throughout the fight by 25%.  His creations also gain additional abilities.

Phase 1: Leviathan MKII

On engage Mimiron immediately jumps into a vehicle called Leviathan MKII.

  • HP: 6.9 million (Heroic) / 1.74 million (Normal)
  • Abilities
    • Napalm Shell - Fires a shell filled with napalm at a random enemy target. The shell explodes upon impact, dealing 9425 to 10575 Fire damage instantly and an additional 48000 over 8 sec. This effect attempts to target enemies over 15 yards away if possible. (10-player: 7540 to 8460 instant damage, 32000 over 8 sec.) (Screenshot)
    • Plasma Blast - A stream of plasma errupts from the cannon, dealing 20000 Spellfire damage per second for 6 sec. This effect cannot be resisted.
    • Proximity Mine - Summons a mine that deals 20000 Fire damage when triggered.  This can be disarmed by Rogues.
    • Shock Blast - 4 sec. cast; deals 100000 Nature damage to targets within 15 yards.

Phase 2: VX-001 (Anti-personnel Assault Cannon)

Once you deal with Leviathan MKII, Mimiron gets in VX-001, an Anti-personnel Assault Cannon.

  • HP: 6.9 million (Heroic) / 1.74 million (Normal)
  • Abilities
    • Heat Wave - Deals 2828 to 3172 Fire damage instantly and another 3000 Fire damage per sec. for 5 seconds to targets within 50000 yards.
    • Rapid Burst - Unleashes a series of short plasma bursts towards a random enemy, dealing 1885 to 2115 Spellfire damage per burst for a total of 6 bursts over 3 sec.
    • Rocket Strike - Launches a rocket towards a random enemy.  Once the rocket reaches the destination, it deals 5000000 Fire damage to all enemies within 3 yards.  It places a red targeting circle on the ground where it's going to hit and you have about 4 seconds to get away.
    • Spinning Up - Spins up the dual cannons for 4 sec before unleashing a spray of lasers in a random direction, dealing 20000 Spellfire damage every 0.25 sec to all enemies caught inside. Lasts 10 sec.
      • P3Wx2 Laser Barrage - Deals 20000 Arcane damage every 0.25 sec. to targets within 80 yards in front of VX-001.  It's basically like Dark Glare from C'thun or Spout from Lurker Below.

Phase 3: Aerial Command Unit

Once you deal with VX-001, Mimiron gets into his Aerial Command Unit.  This phase looks to be a ranged tanking phase.  More details coming...

  • HP: 4.6 million (Heroic) / 1.16 million (Normal)
  • Abilities
  • Adds
    • Assault Bot - Mimiron spawns these.  They hit for 30k damage on Normal.
      • HP: 819k (Heroic) / 189k (Normal)
      • These drop an item with a 1 minute duration that allows you to bring the Aerial Command Unit down to the ground.  Summon Magnetic Core - Deploying this magnet under the Aerial Command Unit will temporarily bring it to the ground and disable it. While it remains disabled, it will take an additional 50% damage from all sources.
      • Magnetic Field - Roots the target and increases damage taken by 30% for 6 seconds.  Can be dispelled.
    • Bomb Bot - Mimiron spawns these.  Explodes for 23563 to 26437 Fire damage in a 5 yard radius.
      • HP: 35k (Normal)
    • Trash Bot
      • HP: 110k (Heroic) / 65k (Normal)

Phase 4: V0-L7R-0N

In this phase, Mimiron forms all of the other weapons used previously into V0-L7R-0N.  This phase is similar to Kologarn, in that each of the previous phase's targets have their own health pool and can be targeted separately.

  • All three targetable sections begin this phase at 50% health and they must die at the same time.
  • Leviathan MKII
    • Proximity Mine - Summons a mine that deals 20000 Fire damage when triggered.  This can be disarmed by Rogues.
    • Shock Blast - 4 sec. cast; deals 100000 Nature damage to targets within 15 yards.
  • VX-001
    • Hand Pulse - Deals 7069 to 7931 Fire damage in a 5000 yard radius (pretty much unavoidable)
    • P3Wx2 Laser Barrage - Deals 20000 Arcane damage every 0.25 sec. to targets within 80 yards in front of VX-001.  It's basically like Dark Glare from C'thun or Spout from Lurker Below.
