It's a placeholder, like pretty much every achievement on PTRs.
And it's a play on GC saying that there would be 31 bosses in ICC.

Original fight to say the least.

Yeah as Nevermindz says (and the news does), it's a placeholder. I'm guessing, based on the encounter, that it'll be something like 5-6 minutes for the achievement, if that's the way the achievement will actually work.

I hope not though, since "do this in x amount of time" is almost as gimmicky as the immortal achievements.

Agreed. The problem with timed achievements is they heavily favor stacking the raid. In this case, squeezing every last dps out of as few people as possible to fit in two or three extra healers will cheese the achievement. Except for the 2-3 dps who have to sit for those healers and don't get the achievement that week. Huzzah!

Just as the healers that are currently benched for kill boss x in x amount of time achievements?
