Neophyte is a guild that was founded in late November 2005. We are a competitive guild which only has one goal, to reign
supreme over our server, Executus. It is our wish to have a stable community and of course a community fit for everyone.
We respect that players are humans not bots, so we do respect privacy or things to attend in Real life

We raid 5 days a week. Invites starts at 18:30 CET and Raidstart is 19:00, hence raidtimes are:
Monday: 19:00 - 23:00
Tuesday: 19:00 - 23:00

Sunday: 19:00 - 23:00
Upcoming Content
In the upcoming patch (ICC) we plan on extending the raiddays from 5 days to 7. This in order to to be at a competitive level
not only on our server but also worldwide. Remember we are a competitive guild and it's our foundest wish to end up as good as possible.
When we reach our goal. We go back to a five raiding day schedule and the faster we can clear content, the more sparetime you get.
My background
My name is Isac but is more known as "Isse" i've played this game since late 2005, and so far I haven't missed out on a single new content patch.
Before I started with WoW I was playing a game mod to q3 called Rocket Arena 3 and played it at a very high level, I won some things I ended up as 2nd placed sometimes. I am a winner and I assume that
people who wants to play with me also desires to stay on top. I know what im doing, I know how to create a suitable tactic, I know when to ask for advise, and I certainly know that if I want people to respect my ideas
I have to prove that I can do it myself. I've been Guildmaster for Neophyte for roughly 3 years. I still love it and I feel that to the very end I will stay as GM.
Neophyte background
Neophyte was founded 2005-11-17, from there on when the guild was formed we marched in and cleared following instances.
Neophyte was also a swedish guild, where "foreigners" who understood swedish were welcome. We have always been at Executus, but have our roots from server Kor'gall.

Comment: We did a really fine job up until Naxxramas, up to that point it started to be somewhat hard to recruit swedes at a acceptable level. When we felt we hit the wall, we decided to take a break till TBC came out.

Comment: Again we started off a little bit slow, but had a very strong midrun. When Sunwell was released we were fairly highpaced clearing up to twins before Muru went live. Then came the requirements of having shamans, more shamans and even after that more shamans. All Shamans who played SWP stayed with their guilds, and so we decided to enjoy the summer and regroup in late september, and so we did. Unfortunately for us 3.0 had hit the server, lowering the difficulty and requirements for the instance, so Kil'Jaeden was barely able to say Hi before he went back through that hole.
As I said Neophyte used to be a Swedish guild, but the longer we kept on staying Swedish the harder it was to recruit, so one day in WOTLK we decided to try it on international terms. While it was a bit uncomfortable to explain things in english, it went fine after a while, In the end it doesn't matter what language we speak, it's what we can do together what matters.
What do we expect of you?
*Attendence at least 70% over 90 days.
*Understanding of the game, you are a master of your class, you know when it's a good time to move out of a fire, and you know when it's good to throw of a good heal, and you know how to optimize your DPS.
*An ironwill. You want to beat the *!*@ out of the other guilds at the server, you want your guild to reign supreme, you want us to achieve glory.
*You do speak english at an understandable level, this also means you can use programs such as ventrilo and use it when needed.
*Gear that matches our raiding level.
*Experience is always good, it shows you been throughout hundreds of wipes and kills. You shouldn't be afraid of making an application if you're fairly new to the game but it's always a bonus.
*You come prepared to raids. You bring flasks, foodbuffs, potions. You will use them whenever it's needed.
*stable internet connection. What good are a player that can not raid due to his internet?
*Behave like a civilised person, in other words Treat others with respect and you will get respected.
Why should you pick Neophyte and not another guild?
*It's one of the oldest guilds of Executus and the guild got good reputation.
*Throughout the times wether it's summer or not we have survived. It is true however at Sunwell that we willingly decided to not raid and have a summerbreak, but then again Guild never perished. It was always there.
*Join us and play at a competitive level and believe me there is rivalry. We got good competition from the alliance side.
*Your opinion is highly valuable, wether you are a member or an officer we are still on the same level, remember we are all humans
*This is a game but both you and me know that we pay a certain amount of money to play this, and we do not want to waste our money do we? The better we work together the more we get out of that money.
*Our DKP system is higly based and rewarding for those who plays a lot. There is no point handing out loot to someone who does not desire to play more then 2-3 days a week.
Why do we recruit?
Many of the players I knew since day one has grown up to big boys, they have families now or jobs that required their attention, making them unable to continue playing WoW. This is my ultimate attempt to replace my friends, make new friends, strong companions, worthy allies that together with me
will snatch that realm first title, and keep up the good manner of recieveing server firsts, not only for Wotlk but also for Cataclysm.
What are we recruiting?
I want a strong raidgroup, where I have lot's of options. If this frightens you don't worry, the more you play the more time awarded in the raid.
