Raid nights: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
Raid Times: 9p-12a March to November, 8:30p-11:30p November to March. All raid times are server time (PST).
Total Hours of Progression raiding per week: 9
Our Niche:
We are composed of people who find that raiding later in the evening works best for their schedules. We combine a cutting edge raiding attitude with a softcore raiding schedule. Many of us have significant others, children, jobs during the day, or school to attend and find that the best time for each of us to raid is in the evenings when all of our other responsibilities are taken care of. We are competitive by nature but recognize the need for balance between the game and real life and therefore avoid having a hardcore raiding schedule. We are looking for like minded people to join us in our quest to clear every raid instance Blizzard has to offer, including the defeat of Arthas, and beyond.

DPS Warrior
Rogue
Elemental/Restoration Shaman
Boomkin
Hunter
Holy Paladin
Shadow Priest
These classes are preferred, but our doors are open to players of exceptional attitude and skill regardless of class needs.
The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate likes to have fun and is fun to be around. They are friendly, mature, and respectful, and they have a sense of humor. They want to be the best they can be at their class, and constantly search for ways to improve. They research their class on other web sites in an effort to maximize their raid contributions. They keep themselves informed with the latest changes in the game before they happen. They map out their gear upgrades and make it their primary goal in game to farm heroics and raid content until their goals are achieved. They know the best gems and enchants to use for their gear/play style and are quick to apply them when they get a gear upgrade. They know which factions provide them the best upgrades and enchants that will make them stronger raiders and make it a priority to reach exalted in those factions over factions that have less to offer them.
Other Info:
Our raiders show up on time and prepared to raid with their flasks, elixirs, potions, food buffs, and whatever else they can bring to increase the raids chances for success. We use WWS to monitor and improve our performance, and treat our members with respect when working with them on any performance issues. We know we have a very limited amount of time to raid each week so we maximize our performance in order to maximize our progression. We are a team and we depend on each other to be reliable with their attendance and performance. We are only as strong as our weakest link. You will be asked to provide a wws report of your most recent raid. If your unguilded, I suggest you join a pug to create your report, as you will not be interviewed without one.
