The Public Test Realms will be coming down for maintenance at approximately 9pm Paris time (CEST) to deploy a new build. We expect this maintenance to take between 4 and 6 hours.

From the bit I put in bold, it shows a new build is incoming.

The instance issue isn't in our server anymore, but it was in early WotLK.
But with the new change to emblems, it will be insane! Everyone will try get heroic/normal dungeon done to get 3 Emblem of Titans...and that will go on for a month (wild guess) before going down.
Who knows, maybe Emblem of Titan will drop more frequent than now? 1 from normal 10-man, 2 from 25-man, 3 from heroic 10 and 4 from heroic 25. But still, only one boss (right?) available first week, second week 2? third 3?

Will sure be intresting to see how crowded instances will be when 3.2 goes live. :S

This Q&A is nonsense. It unsubstantional like a politician's speech. While they are bullshitting around (We are going to... The reason we don’t like... We never wanted... We need to make...), I could level and gear up a DK, make S7/8 and maybe S9 glad until warlocks get a significant buff. That's not the point of playing this game.
