<Fused> is an end game PVE raiding guild on the Mal'Ganis realm. Our guild was created from a full guild merger of long-standing guilds <Faded Out> and <Pro Baddies>. <Fused> leadership is a combination of players from both guilds with previous experience in leadership roles to provide the guild the diversity and stability it requires to not only be successful, but also to perform to the best of its ability.
Since <Fused> was created there has been extremely remarkable progress made. Our guild was the first Alliance guild on the realm to kill Anub'arak in 25 heroic mode. Fused has completed the "A Tribute to Mad Skill" achievement and is currently working towards completing ToGC with zero wipes to obtain "A Tribute to Insanity". We are currently among the top 200 guilds in the world.

What are we looking for in an applicant?
Skill:
You have high situational awareness while being able to perform your job. You very rarely make mistakes and do not take unnecessary damage from environmental effects that result in your death or the death of another raider. You adapt to situations quickly and correct any errors immediately. You perform to the benchmarks set by Blizzard for your class. (i.e. Mage is high on damage)
Effort:
You read and watch videos pertaining to encounters the guild will be attempting. You frequently visit information sites such as the Elitist Jerks forums to obtain the newest data on your class. You theorycraft and practice spell rotations to maximize your performance. In your spare time, you participate in activities to acquire gear upgrades that is not obtained in the main raid(i.e. 10 mans, obtaining badges).
Gear:
You always have the best gems and enchants. While gear is not everything, it is still very important. At this point of WOTLK, applicants should have gear to be on par with TOC. Your gear not only speaks for your performance limitations in terms of numbers, but also shows your experience into end game content. Players with Naxx gear need not apply.
Reliability:
You have have excellent raid attendance and you are always on time. <Fused> feels that exceptional attendance is a key factor in completing content. This allows mainly the same group of players to practice encounters together. A consistent 90% raid attendance must be held to warrant a raid active rank. A consistent 75% attendance is required for a raid standby rank. If a member is going to be tardy or absent, we require that the member informs an officer or posts on our forums to alert us.
Personality:
You enjoy raiding and want to do your best. You can take criticism and always want to improve. You are determined and love the feeling of completing
something new. You want to have fun while accomplishing things as a team. You respect other players and are able to take a joke.
What else should I know about <Fused>?
<Fused> operates on a DKP loot system. It is a 3 round bidding system with a minimum bid of 5 and a maximum bid of 400, with each bid having to be in increments of 5 and a number that is divisible by 5. Likewise, the minimum cost that an item can go for if it is to be used by a main spec is also a value of 5. Offspec pieces are rolled for unless leadership intends to gear a member's offspec for the betterment of progression. <Fused> provides raid active ranks with repair money from our guild bank on progression nights. Members are required to bring their own flasks and potions to raids, however, the guild bank does provide fish feasts.
Applicants accepted into the guild will be put at a "recruit" rank. The trial period for recruits last 30 days. After the 30 days, guild management will evaluate your performance, attendance, and the like to decide if you will be promoted into a raiding rank. If the leadership finds that you are not an ideal member, you will be removed at this time. Termination of an applicant's trial period can also occur at any time during the 30 days should the player prove to be undesirable.
