how to install someone posted ui

Decided to download ui's from here to see which one is best for me. just need to know how do i get the ui exactly as they posted it without having to go in game and changing all the different things?

you could tell us the name of the ui, and maybe someone got a tip or 2 for you. usually theres a readme file in the package or instructions on the website you got it. If everything else fails, theres is Google TM
