Heroic 25 Twins

Curious if the Door strat for this fight is an exploit... I've read a lot of forums regarding the topic but i have yet to see a blue post or anything that confirms or not. My guild uses the Tankspot strat for the fight but would like to know if there is any info on this strat....

Normally when you have to ask, you already know the answer to questions about possible exploits. I assume this make it so you can avoid one of the elements of the fight and by factoring it out would be considered exploiting, i would advise against it.

My guild just made it to heroic 25man twins, we tried the door strat but im pretty sure they hot-fixed. 2nd try doing it got to 20% and light vortex started , fire aura with aura mastery and a bubble sac, and everyone still died and were getting hit for 15k a sec. tried it 3 more times with the same end

Did this on Wednesday with no problems. I doubt it's been hotfixed.

It's not hotfixed and I doubt it will be; this strategy still requires some degree of execution and luck (pre-kicking, or breaking down the dark shield on time, in addition to the massive amount of healing needed during vortexes).

The only way I could see a fix is to up the damage vortex does, but with ICC near, I think it'll just remain as-is. It's up to your raid if you want to chance your attempt#'s vs the RNG all of this entails.
